James Rodriguez is up for sale at Real Madrid, with a well documented fall out will boss Zinedane Zidane no longer a secret. James has been largely inconsistent which has caused a loss of faith by Real Madrid.
According to Spanish media, 'Marca', Arsenal are monitoring his situation with the Gunners keen to bolster their creative midfield department. James was on loan at Bayern Munich last season but the Bavarian club decided against taking up their option for a permanent deal amidst attitude concerns.
Another club said to be interested in James Rodriguez is Meyerside outfit, Everton with current boss Carlo Ancelloti a long time fan of the player having coached him at both Real Madrid and Bayern Munich. Everton reportedly have the upper hand with James also keen on a reunion with a coach who knows how to bring out the best in him.
His potential price tag has not been stated by the reporting media, however other anonymous reports believe Real Madrid will accept offers in the region of €40m.
